Scope
This policy applies to Word Master: Guess The Word. It does not replace the privacy terms of Apple, advertising providers, or other services you independently use.
Privacy summary: information is processed only where needed for app features, saved progress, purchases, advertising where enabled, diagnostics, security, and support.
Information processed
Account information
If you use Sign in with Apple, the app may receive an Apple-provided user identifier and, depending on your choices, a name or relay email address. The app does not receive your Apple ID password.
Gameplay and app activity
Progress, in-game balances, feature interactions, challenge activity, and other gameplay information may be processed to provide and synchronize app features.
Purchases
Product identifiers, transaction status, and purchase receipts may be processed to validate purchases and deliver content. Payment card details are handled by Apple and are not stored by BuiLy Apps.
Diagnostics, device, and advertising information
Depending on the app version and enabled services, technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, crash information, IP-derived information, advertising identifiers, and interactions with ads may be processed for stability, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising.
Support communications
If you contact support, BuiLy Apps receives your email address and any details, screenshots, or recordings you choose to provide.
How information is used
- Provide sign-in, saved progress, gameplay, and community features.
- Validate purchases and deliver virtual content.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and investigate misuse.
- Measure performance, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability.
- Provide and measure advertising where advertising is enabled.
- Answer support, privacy, and deletion requests.
Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases, and may use third-party infrastructure for backend storage, diagnostics, analytics, or advertising. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and only for the services integrated into the app version you use.
App-store privacy disclosures should be reviewed alongside this policy because they summarize the data categories used by the currently distributed version.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain account and purchase records, resolve support issues, protect users and the service, or satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and provider.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information can contact BuiLy Apps to request review and deletion.
Your choices
You can control app permissions through device settings and can limit advertising tracking through platform privacy settings where available. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with the app, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

This policy may be updated when app features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
