How to request deletion
- Email nguyenbuily.it@gmail.com from the address connected to the account when possible.
- Use the subject “Word Master Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the account email, Sign in with Apple relay email, or other identifier used in the app.
- Do not include your password or payment card information.
BuiLy Apps may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership and protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
What is deleted
After verification, data controlled by BuiLy Apps and associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized as applicable. This may include account identifiers, synchronized gameplay progress, in-game balances, and associated profile or community data.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or purchase and financial record obligations. Data held independently by Apple or another service provider is governed by that provider’s process and may require a separate request.
App Store purchase history is controlled by Apple and is not deleted by removing a Word Master account.
What happens next
Support will acknowledge the email, verify the request if necessary, and confirm when processing is complete or explain any information that must be retained. Deletion is permanent and synchronized progress or virtual content may not be recoverable.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically submit an account deletion request. Use the email process above when an account or server-side data should be deleted.
