Support requests
If you contact support by email, the information you send, such as screenshots, device details, and issue descriptions, is used only to investigate and respond to your request.
Payments and refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment card details are not stored directly by these apps. Refund requests are handled by Apple through its own systems.
Third-party services
Some apps may use third-party providers for infrastructure such as authentication, backend storage, analytics, ads, crash diagnostics, or purchase verification, only as needed to operate the app.
Data retention
