Scope
This policy applies to ZigZac Run, an Android game published by Nguyen Bui Ly under BuiLy Apps. It does not replace the privacy terms of Google Play, Unity, or advertising providers that independently process information.
Privacy summary: ZigZac Run does not require an account or ask for your name, phone number, or email address during normal gameplay. The game contains ads, and the advertising SDK may process device, approximate location, diagnostic, and ad-interaction data.
Information processed
Gameplay data stored on your device
The game may save settings, progress, and scores locally so that gameplay can continue between sessions. This local data remains on your device unless you choose to include it in a support request.
Advertising and device data
Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising partners may collect or receive approximate location derived from network information, device or advertising identifiers, app and device information, interactions with ads, and diagnostic information. The exact data available can depend on your device, region, privacy choices, and the advertising network that serves an ad.
Support communications
If you contact BuiLy Apps, we receive your email address and any text, screenshots, recordings, device details, or other information you choose to provide.
How information is used
- Run the game and preserve local settings or progress.
- Select, deliver, limit, and measure advertisements.
- Measure ad performance and understand interactions with ads.
- Detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security problems.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve stability.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
Advertising and third-party services
ZigZac Run uses Unity LevelPlay as an advertising mediation platform. Mediation allows an ad to be supplied by Unity or a participating third-party advertising network. The network that serves an ad may process information under its own privacy policy.
For current details, review Unity’s LevelPlay Google Data Safety guidance and Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
The set of participating networks may change as advertising configuration is updated. Only networks configured for the version of the game you use are eligible to serve ads.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared through device settings or the game is uninstalled. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security records, or meet legal obligations.
Advertising providers determine their own retention periods and deletion procedures. You may use Unity’s privacy resources or contact BuiLy Apps for help locating the appropriate request process.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, including encrypted transmission where supported by the provider. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
ZigZac Run is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. BuiLy Apps does not knowingly request personal information from children through the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information can contact us to request review and deletion.
Your privacy choices
- Use Android and Google account privacy settings to control or reset the advertising identifier and available ad-personalization choices.
- Use any consent or privacy controls presented in the game where required or available in your region.
- Clear the game’s local storage or uninstall the game to remove locally stored settings and progress.
- Contact BuiLy Apps to request access to or deletion of information you submitted directly through support.
Limiting advertising data may result in less personalized advertising but does not necessarily remove ads.
