Scope
This policy applies to Pack Sort: Box Puzzle, an Android game published by Nguyen Bui Ly under BuiLy Apps. It does not replace the privacy policies of Unity, Google, or advertising providers that process information through their services.
Privacy summary: Pack Sort: Box Puzzle does not require a player account or ask for your name, phone number, or email address during normal gameplay. Game progress and settings are saved on your device. The game contains banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads, and may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, network information, approximate location, diagnostics, and interactions with ads.
Information processed
Game data stored on your device
The game stores your current level and puzzle, in-game coins, item inventory, lives and recovery times, daily reward counters, and sound or vibration preferences locally. It also stores recent reward identifiers to help prevent the same reward from being credited twice. The game does not upload this saved progress to a player account or a BuiLy Apps game server.
Advertising and device data
Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising networks may collect or receive IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, device or advertising identifiers, device and app details, diagnostic information, and information about ad impressions, clicks, video views, and other interactions. Available data depends on your device, region, privacy choices, SDK configuration, and the network serving the ad. The game does not request precise GPS location.
In-game currency and rewards
Coins, items, and lives are recorded as local game data. When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the advertising provider reports whether a reward was earned so the game can grant it and record applicable daily limits. In-game rewards do not require you to provide payment card details.
Optional in-app purchases
Where purchases are available in your version and store region, you may buy coin packs, packs containing coins and items, or Remove Ads through Google Play Billing using Unity Purchasing. Google Play handles payment. The game checks purchase receipts locally and saves the granted coins, items, or Remove Ads entitlement with a hashed purchase identifier to prevent duplicate grants. BuiLy Apps does not receive your full payment card number through the game. Google Play and Unity may process purchase and technical information under their own policies.
Support communications
If you email BuiLy Apps, we receive your email address and the message, screenshots, recordings, device details, or other information you choose to include.
How information is used
- Run the game and preserve settings, puzzle progress, coins, items, and lives between sessions.
- Grant earned rewards, apply daily reward limits, and prevent duplicate rewards.
- Process optional purchases, grant purchased content, restore Remove Ads, and prevent duplicate purchase grants.
- Select, deliver, limit, and measure advertisements.
- Understand ad interactions, diagnose technical problems, and maintain advertising services.
- Detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
Advertising providers process data under their own policies and applicable legal requirements, including consent where required.
Advertising and third-party services
Pack Sort: Box Puzzle uses Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation. Ads may be supplied by Unity, including Unity Ads and ironSource Ads, or another participating network. Google AdMob is enabled as a mediated network in the Android game.

Optional purchases use Google Play Billing through Unity Purchasing. See the Google Play Terms and the Unity privacy policy above for their processing of purchase-related information.
The participating networks may change as advertising configuration is updated. Only providers configured for the version you use can supply ads. A provider’s data collection and retention are governed by its own privacy policy.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or removed. You can delete it using Android’s app storage controls or by uninstalling the game. Device or operating-system backups may retain or restore copies depending on your backup settings. Clearing local game data can permanently remove your progress, coins, items, and lives.
Local purchase records remain with your game data. Google Play retains purchase history independently and can restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase for the same store account. Confirmed consumable purchases, including coins and item packs, are not re-granted through Restore Purchases.
Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, maintain relevant support or security records, or meet legal obligations. Advertising providers determine retention periods for data they process; consult their policies or use their privacy request channels.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The game does not ask children to submit personal details. BuiLy Apps does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through gameplay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.
Advertising services have their own age-related requirements and privacy protections. Parents and guardians can also use device and Google account controls to manage app access and advertising settings.
Your privacy choices
- Use Android and Google account privacy settings to manage your advertising identifier and available advertising-personalization controls.
- Use privacy controls offered by an advertising provider, or consent controls if presented in your version and region.
- Choose whether to watch optional rewarded ads. Declining a rewarded ad means the associated reward is not granted.
- Clear the game’s local storage to remove locally saved game data; review your device backup settings if you also want to remove backups.
- Use Restore Purchases in the shop to restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase with the same store account. Removing ads disables banners and interstitials; optional rewarded videos remain available.
- Email BuiLy Apps to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted directly to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy of your information, or complain to a data protection authority. For information held by an advertising provider, use its privacy resources or contact us for help finding the appropriate channel. Limiting advertising data does not necessarily remove ads.
